If your item doesn’t work out, please read below. You will be required to print & fill out a Return Form to be included with your return item.

Returns + Exchanges
Unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise with tags may be returned for exchange or store credit within 10 days of in-store purchase or delivery date. Do not attempt to return items if the above criteria is not met.
All items are thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. If you have purchased damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize.
Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 5 days of receiving your items to ensure proper credit. Please email a picture of the damaged or faulty items to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt to be eligible for refund return labels.
We will refund you, or replace the damaged item if available, but we do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacement of damaged items are up to the manufacturers' discretion.
For local pick-up customers:
Local pick-up customers have 10 days from purchase date to return or exchange items for in-store credit.
**There are no returns on sale items. All sale items are Final Sale**
Promo codes are not valid on prior purchases. Items purchased with a promo code may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund of the price paid less shipping charges. Expired promo codes will not be accepted.
